The Kelvingrove Art Gallery & Museum offers discerning clients one of the city’s most spectacular settings for lavish receptions, banquets, gala dinners, product launches and fashion shows. The Centre Hall can seat up to 500 dining guests and up to 1,000 for a drinks reception. Seated beneath the exquisite vaulted ceiling and ornate chandeliers, guests can enjoy a magnificent combination of culture and fine cuisine. The Museum’s magnificent collection can also be viewed by guests during an evening event.
The Centre Hall on the ground floor is perfect for prestigious and corporate gatherings. Receptions may also make use of this Hall and the two spacious balconies which overlook the Centre Hall area. The Centre Hall is a truly magnificent arena and never fails to impress the thousands of guests who have attended the many glittering events which take place each year.

The KG Café within Kelvingrove on the basement level offers a splendid location for slightly smaller events within the museum.

Private dinners, ceremonies and drinks receptions have all been held within the Café area, allowing up to 80 guests to enjoy fine dining with the beautiful outlook to Kelvingrove Park from the Café’s attractive conservatory area.

For a standing reception, the Café can accommodate up to 150 guests.

“Thanks to you for your outstanding contribution to the organisation of this seasons UEFA Championship final dinner. Every aspect of the planning and preparation of the event has helped to make a truly memorable occasion for Glasgow, Scotland, and Scottish Football.”
